I wasn't quite sure how I was going to make this one work but I REALLY like how it turned out. Again, as with many of my GIU cards, I tried something that was almost new to me- brayering. I did one other brayered card a few weeks ago and I just envisioned that look for this card. I don't have any grey embossing powder but I knew I wanted the flower silhouettes to stand out against the leaves so I mixed some black, white and a bit of navy powder together and it worked pretty well. While it's not a solid grey, I like the mottled look it has.
Don't forget to leave me a comment on this week's GIU posts! I'll be picking a winner for those Itty Bitty's on Sunday- good luck! Don't forget to check back on Monday to see if you won! Thanks for letting me share my Unity/ippity cards with you this week!
