Bubbling Halloween card


Ingredients:
Stamps: Unity's Love Potion #9. 
Paper: G45's Halloween in Wonderland, the strips of a paper that I can't identify.  :) 
Misc: Cuttlebug spiderweb folder, Copics, Dimensional glaze, Stickles
I created the bottom sentiment in Word to match the DSP.

    Cool card! I love the chemistry, and the way the circles are layered "off" to the sides. Thanks for taking part in this challenge!
