CAS Butterfly

I'm not sure. Can a card be CAS if the background is super-busy?

Ingredients:
Stamps: (Wings of Hope) Unity
Paper: (Whisper White): Stampin' Up
Ink: (Versa Mark): Tsuineko, (Black Soot): Tim Holtz, (Sailboat, Stonewashed, Stream Reinkers): Adirondak, (Heirloom Blue, Bonny Blue Mr. Hueys): Studio Calico
Misc: (Clear EP): JoAnns, (Disassembled flowers): Michaels, Pearl

Challenges:
Unity Opportunity: Wings & Things
Craft Marathon: #13&14: Aqua Blue (ok, heavy on the ocean blue but there's some aqua in there.)
CAS Challenges: #43: Sentiment (I'd say the sentiment is pretty important here.)
